Work in this area is often extremely sensitive, and absolute discretion is of course assured. All communication between you the client, and Gat3 will be documented. Often these records are important to legal proceedings. Each case is treated individually, and it is our aim to provide a swift and cost-effective service. There will be an initial investigation and analysis of your material, normally involving the transfer of short sections of audio to be subjected to preliminary treatments. This is charged at a minimum rate of $75 and will indicate what we can expect to achieve with the material and give you an estimate of the total cost and timescale involved. Thereafter an hourly rate will apply to all further forensic restoration work, following an agreement with you.

While in our care, we will make every effort to secure the original recording(s) and documentation. However, we are not responsible or liable in any way for items that are lost, damaged, stolen, nor are we liable for acts of God.
